Casual Luxury, Privacy and Unforgettable Scenery

We combine beautiful Kopaonik landscapes with thoughtful architecture, contemporary interior design and excellent host service. Set against the backdrop of cascading Kostovac gardens, our boutique homes comprise out of two wooden houses tucked on a steep slope 1,450 meters above sea level.
We offer privacy, casual luxury and unforgettable scenery. All houses are south facing with a bunch of sunlight throughout a year, while huge windows capture endless views and bring the outdoors in. Spaces are open & airy yet stylish, cozy and intimate, with a mix of rustic & modern design touches throughout. We celebrate nature, organic materials and craftsmanship. Most of the materials are sourced directly from the site, all fabrics are natural and color pallet is in tune with the environment. Handmade furniture, beautiful fireplaces and arty details help create cool contemporary styling and bring a sense of calm and joy.

By far this is the nicest Airbnb I’ve been in. The pictures on the listing obviously look amazing but the scenery really has From our first arrival to final departure — this rental and its wonderful hosts are total class act. The quality of the architecture and its interior finishes makes this modest-sized cabin seem more like a villa. The daytime view is simply jaw dropping. We did a fashion shoot there because of the beautiful afternoon light and minimalist wooden interiors. But the cabin is anything but sparse — there is a well-appointed kitchen with all basic cooking tools and a wood fire heating stove for cozy fires at night. This is easily one of the best I have encountered in my travels around the world.

Amazing apartment with very stylish interior and stunning mountain and sunset view located at extremely nice place! Everything there is even better than on the photos! The view from the balcony is to die for... If there is any chance you can afford this apartment - do it and you won’t regret! My best experience with Airbnb and best thing that happened to us during our vacations in Serbia. Highly recommended!

We stayed for 3 nights in this stylish apartment and absolutely loved it. It has all the comforts a traveler could hope for - great use of space, spotless, a comfortable bed, great bathroom and shower, a stylish restored sofa in the lounge, unlimited supply of wood for the fireplace and above all amazing views of the surrounding mountains - you feel like you’re on top of the world. The location is just perfect for mountain hiking or skiing and the place is even better than the photos!

By far this is the nicest Airbnb I’ve been in. The pictures on the listing obviously look amazing but the scenery really has to be seen to be believed. Our host was incredibly helpful offering us local tips, setting a fire while we were out and being constantly available for any help we needed. In terms of Kopaonik as an area: it’s a staggeringly beautiful place and skiing through a Serbian forest is an experience to remember. Best Airbnb that I’ve been too - and I’ve been to quite a few!

The house is wonderful in all aspects, from the pleasant interior and floor heating to a spacious terrace and a spectacular living room view. It is also quite private, as there are no houses in front, and the ones in the back are tucked away by the trees. The house is well equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay, and you will find everything you may need for preparing food in the kitchen, as well as a nice grill outside. The communication with the host was swift and efficient. Highly recommended for a peaceful and serene stay.

The house is just incredible, exactly the same as it on photos. Everything is new and clean. I spent hours on taking photos of the stunning starry night. Alex is nice host, taking care of everything, so don't worry about the transports or heating or whatever concern you may have. We have very good experience there and wish to go there again next year. Highly recommend.

You know one of those photos in glossy magazines with a perfect wooden mountain house with a lovely view, fire place, etc...well, this is just it. 🙂 Great place to escape the city. We stayed for 10 days I and thought we could do 10 more. Everything as describes and even more.
