You send us an e-mail with dates you are interested in, we confirm availability. Our policy assumes 30% prepayment to secure the reservation, the remaining part is to be paid upon arrival.

Yes, we have good and reliable internet connection and people do feel comfortable working from our houses. On top of that we provide dedicated work areas with desk, chair and good light.
In case of cancelation, we will provide full refund, but the cancellation needs to happen minimum 15 days prior to your arrival date.
Yes, we have puzzle, chess, monopoly, domino, table pool and table football, UNO, different board games, LEGO and a range of children’s books. In the garden we also have a slide for younger kids.
We ensure private parking for our guest but since the number of parking slots is limited, please make sure you book one for your stay.
Kopaonik ski center is ~4.5 km away while the closest ski lift is Suncana dolina which is 1.5 km from our homes.
There are few options, you may go by:
car – entrance to Kopaonik National Park is 300 RSD / day and 800 RSD / week, while parking in the center is 150 RSD / hour during winter season and 75 RSD / hour during summer;
bus – bus stop is just 200 m from the house and buses run every half an hour during winter season (one way ticket ~ 200 RSD; return ticket ~ 300 RSD);
taxi – taxis operate 24/7 and upon a call they usually arrive within minutes (one direction ride ~ 700 RSD)

There is a grocery store just 200 m from the house and you may find supermarket in the center of Kopaonik which is ~4.5 km away from the house.

Yes, washing service is 200 m from the house and charges 1,000 RSD per 8 kg.
One day ski pass varies between 3,700 and 4,300 RSD depending on the period of the year. A day of skiing for children’s (6–11-year-old) costs from 2,600 to 3,300 RSD. If you are planning a week of skiing, 7-day ski pass will cost you from 18,600 to 20,000 RSD while kids will pay between 12,000 and 12,800 RSD. Pease note that children under the age of six do not pay for ski pass.
